€103,140 ÷ €1,400,000 ≈ 7.37% per year: the ratio of the stated annual rental income to the offer amount. Buyer’s costs and taxes are not included. This is a measure of the rental model of the finished asset, not the return on the DNPI project, and rental income is not guaranteed.
The project is in progress; the offer is not a completed sale. Rental terms are taken from the presentation; we confirm the actual status of the lease, the licence and rent payments with documents on request.
